|
喜好学术研究，带有理想主义色彩，不很苛求于人，但对学生管理较严，有许多业余爱好，主要包括：喜欢书法诗词、欣赏普及读物、流行音乐、游泳、网球、乒乓球、爬山和跑步，还有旅游、观光, 并广交国内外学术或为人善良的朋友。

工作经历
|
主讲过电子商务概论（双语），主编了《电子商务基础与应用》，并首先在北京理工大学管理学院开设《电子商务概论》课程，网络营销（双语，使用IBM E-commerce Advisor全球认证教材），数据库系统应用，数理统计（数学系研究生学位课），数学建模（数学系），应用数据库方法与技术（管理学院研究生课程），电子商务系统专题，高等数学，线性代数，概率论与数理统计，积分变换等课程。并同IBM、Sybase、SAS等著名的企业合作，获得第一手的教学或教辅资料，给学生提供新的前沿性教学内容，受到学生的欢迎。
指导北京理工大学学生组队参加美国大学生数学建模竞赛（MCM：Mathematical Contest in Modeling），早在1992年指导我校学生荣获美国大学生竞赛二等奖，1995年指导我校学生荣获美国大学生数学建模竞赛一等奖。

承担或参加过多项国家级和省部级项目并获科技进步奖（1998-2001），如北京市教委的《大学生就业信息网》（1998－1999），主持国家基金委面上项目（2005.1－2007.12），作为主要成员参加过国家自然基金重点项目（2000.1－2003.12），国防科工委十一五规划项目（2006－2010），国家教育部十一五规划教材《电子商务概论》的主编，指导北京理工大学的学生申请教育部大学生创新实验计划项目（2008－2009）。得到两次IEEE国际会议邀请并担任分会主席（Section Chair）。已发表数十篇国际三大检索收录的文章和核心期刊文章。
